For a basic service, this setup was not just inefficient but also difficult to scale. Instead of accepting this limitation, Hoora decided to rethink the entire process. The focus was on simplifying the system without compromising on quality.

The first step was experimenting with smaller setups, including mounting equipment on electric scooters. This was an attempt to reduce dependency on large vehicles and make the service more flexible. But the real breakthrough came after years of innovation.

The Innovation That Made It Possible

Hoora developed a compact and portable solution known as the Hoora Kit. This kit transformed the way vehicle care services could be delivered. What once required a full service van was now condensed into a single, easy to carry setup.

Over time, this solution was refined and improved. Today, Hoora operates with its eighth-generation patented kit, which allows professionals to deliver more than 30 different services directly at the customer’s doorstep.

This innovation made the process more efficient and also enabled scalability across cities.

What began as a small initiative in just two cities has now grown into a large network.
